The Christmas Fete Crafters begin on this Wed. Oct. 2 at 7:00 pm.
Those who signed up for the Serve Right Course on bar tending are working online for their certificates.
The ice prep begins Oct. 14 with our new ring colors - glow in the dark paint (with the use of black light). Youth Coordinator, Dawn Spidle, is looking forward to some fun games with youth and adults.
Curling Registration is scheduled for Sat. Oct. 26 - youth from 10:30 am to noon, adults 11:30 am- 3:00 pm. See more program info and registration forms on the Middleton Curling Club website. Forms will also be at the Club during registration.
Dawn Spidle is offering a Learn to Curl session on Sunday evenings from 5-6 pm. She is also coordinating the Sunday Western League at 7:00 pm.
Curling may actually begin the last week of October, if the ice is fully prepared.
The first-of-the-season Big Breakfast is on that morning (Oct. 26), serving from 8:00-10:30 pm. Public and all are welcome. Free will offering.
Our "store" does offer items at a good price. Remember to replace worn out grippers as they can leave debris on the ice.
The Social and Silent Auction to welcome in the new season is scheduled for Friday Nov. 15 for curlers and friends (public). Any good items to donate are appreciated. Let me know by Tues. Nov. 12.
